The output of the Contract Scanner should be treated as a starting point for your own review, not a definitive legal analysis. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated contract analysis.
The design, code, content, and tools on SalaryParity are owned by SalaryParity and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Data sources used in our tools (BLS, Numbeo, Levels.fyi) are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their terms of use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalaryParity and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its tools, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on salary estimates, tax calculations, contract analysis, or business structure comparisons provided by the Site.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site, which in most cases is zero.
The Site uses third-party services including Google AdSense (advertising), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Anthropic's Claude API (contract analysis), and Vercel (hosting).
